Switch2 Supports Aneesa’s Fundraising to Help Sisterhood Iftaars’ Campaign for Pakistan Schools

Meet Aneesa, a Senior Customer Collections Representative here at Switch2. She’s on a mission to raise an impressive £3,000 to support Sisterhood Iftaars campaign to raise funds for Pakistan Schools.

In 2022 Pakistan was impacted by devastating floods across the country, destroying homes, livelihoods, and essential infrastructure. Children were among the hardest hit. Today, an estimated 23 million children are still unable to attend school, this is a long-standing education crisis that has significantly worsened by the destruction of thousands of schools during the floods. Without access to safe education, many children are left vulnerable to exploitation, abuse, and long-term poverty.

Through her fundraising efforts with Sisterhood Iftaars, Aneesa is helping to address this urgent need. She is raising funds to help build a school in Pakistan and, if her initial goal is met, the project will provide education for 100 children. This school will offer more than just classrooms, it will give children a safe, supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive, laying the foundations for a brighter and more secure future.

So far, Aneesa has raised £470, and this alone will help change the lives of 13 children. Every contribution makes a tangible difference, bringing us one step closer to ensuring more children can return to education and build hopeful futures.
