What happens next?

You will shortly receive an email from Calendly confirming your Planned Maintenance Visit.

Please note: The visit may last up to one hour. The engineer can arrive up to 4 hours after your selected appointment time. For example, if you have booked 08:30am, the engineer may arrive between 08:30am – 1:00pm.

During the visit, our skilled engineer will carry out a service on your Heat Interface Unit (HIU), metering equipment, and automatic meter reading system.

Please assist our engineer by clearing the area the area where metering and heating equipment is located. However, if you are experiencing any issues please do take advantage and ask any questions whilst the engineer is present.
